Kassy Pajarillo has big dreams — and she wants you to dream big, too. An international independent LinkedIn trainer for the past three years, she has launched an online program for optimizing LinkedIn and helping people build the business of their dreams.
“I decided to build my own coaching business as a way to pivot during the pandemic. It was an idea which was parked and supposed to launch sometime in August on my birthday. But due to the current situation, embracing full-on digital was the way to go,” Pajarillo told Digital Life Asia.
Her program, “Turn Your Network into Paid Clients with a Plan,” has already become a seven-figure business (in Philippine pesos) in less than 45 days. More than that, however, she loves having this platform for mentoring people and encouraging them to make their dreams a reality.
Becoming the Chief Encourager
What does Pajarillo love most about coaching?
“Aside from waking up every day happy that you’re getting paid to do what you love, it’s witnessing your mentee’s transformation. From being lost to getting found. From being confused to having clarity and realizing the world is filled with possibilities and opportunities. That it’s possible to do what you want and build the business of your dreams that doesn’t have to feel like work,” she said.
Pajarillo said she has always found herself drawn to coaching and lifelong learning.
“I’m part of the generation of women entrepreneurs. Friends call me an encourager, which eventually turned into my ‘title’ of Chief Encourager. As a startup founder myself who came from different startup ventures, education has always been close to my heart. I’m a self-development junkie and a multi-passionate ambitious human being,” she said.
Pajarillo’s startup, The After Six Club, is a transformative and progressive education events organization.
“Since The After Six Club is all about organizing transformative and progressive education events through co-working spaces, the pandemic put the operations on hold. Which means digital is the next big step,” she said.
The art of optimizing LinkedIn
While LinkedIn has been around for some time, most people still only use it to post their resumes and apply for jobs online. LinkedIn, however, offers much more than that as a platform, and Pajarillo wants to help people unlock its full potential.
“I’ve been using LinkedIn ever since to stalk the general managers of hotels. And those leaders I’ve been classmates with during the management program I attended from Cornell University. As a hotelier, we were taught to get to know your clients from inside out in order for you to serve them better. As an international independent LinkedIn trainer for three years now, LinkedIn truly is a goldmine of opportunities as it’s straight to the point and you get to engage with decision-makers — according to who you need to connect with for whichever reason you may need to reach out to them for.
“I help users tap their full potential by teaching them to transform a blah account into all-star status, and fully engage in a clear, transformative, progressive, and profitable way,” she said.

Even after the quarantine ends, Pajarillo said she believes more people will embrace online training. After all, the pandemic is changing the workplace as well as the classroom.
“Ivy League schools have offered online training for years now. But as everyone faces this pandemic with so much uncertainty and with people wanting to own their hustle, online training truly is the way to go. While it may not be for everyone, it’s definitely an option for those who would want to own their time. The ambitious achievers who are all about output, productivity, and lifelong learning,” she said.
