Tears of Themis, the first romance detective game from Genshin Impact publisher miHoYo scheduled for release on Android and iOS this summer, is now open for pre-registration.
In Tears of Themis, players will assume the role of a new attorney at Themis Law Firm and work hand-in-hand with their destined lover as they investigate bizarre cases that appear in Stellis City. Players must investigate crime scenes and interrogate suspects to obtain evidence and testimonies that uncover the truth. The courtroom serves as the ultimate battleground to uphold justice.
Tears of Themis male leads
Meanwhile, players can cultivate relationships with four male protagonists through video chats, calls, and character-specific stories.
These four male leads are the private detective Luke Pearce, top attorney Artem Wing, psychiatrist Vyn Richter, and corporate successor Marius von Hagen.
As cases are solved and more truths are revealed, a sinister conspiracy lies in the wings as the line between good and evil begins to blur.
To welcome this summer adventure of romance and suspense, players can pre-register for Tears of Themis on Google Play and the App Store. Players may also invite friends to pre-register on the Tears of Themis site.
Once 500,000 players have pre-registered, the Draw x10 reward will be unlocked. At the same time, players can participate in the free SR Card draw event on the Tears of Themis site.
The game’s supported languages include Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. Dubbing is available in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
For the Japanese dub, miHoYo tapped renowned Japanese voice actors Kaji Yuki (Eren Jaeger in “Attack on Titan” and Shoto Todoroki in “My Hero Academia”, Suwabe Junichi (Victor Nikiforov in “Yuri!!! on ICE” and Shōta Aizawa/Eraser Head in “My Hero Academia”), Ishikawa Kaito (Tobio Kageyama in “Haikyuu!!” and Genos in “One-Punch Man”), and Fukuyama Jun (Lelouch vi Britannia in “Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion” and Koro-sensei in “Assassination Classroom”).
Shanghai-based miHoYo gained international recognition for its open-world action role-playing game Genshin Impact, which it released last year and is now one of the highest-grossing mobile games.
