‘Oneiric Theater’: IZ*ONE dazzles in 1st online concert

“Oneiric Theater’, the first online concert of 12-member South Korean-Japanese girl group IZ*ONE, truly delivered on the promise of a unique virtual experience powered by AR (augmented reality) and XR (extended reality).

More than the virtual effects, however, it was the real talent of all 12 members that shone through. They took their fans — dubbed WIZ*ONE — on a magical journey across different thematic stages, performing tracks not just from their comeback EP “Oneiric Diary”, but also their previous albums.

IZ*ONE (pronounced as “EYEZ-wun”), also delighted viewers by showing new sides of themselves and unveiling wonderful surprises in “Oneiric Theater”, including sub-unit stages, a jaw-dropping dance break, a live band, and a game show segment called Quizland.

And, of course, an absolutely stunning cover of Red Velvet - Irene & Seulgi’s “Monster”.

IZ*ONE to tap AR, XR for Sept. 13 online concert

IZ*ONE, the 12-member South Korean-Japanese girl group, will hold an online concert called “Oneiric Theater” on Sept. 13.

IZ*ONE, the 12-member South Korean-Japanese girl group, will hold an online concert called “Oneiric Theater” on Sept. 13 at 5 PM Korea Time (4 PM Philippine Time).

According to a report from Soompi, the IZ*ONE online concert will make use of AR (augmented reality) and XR (extended reality) to deliver a unique virtual experience.

The name of the online concert alludes to the girl group’s comeback mini-album “Oneiric Diary”. Released on June 15, “Oneiric Diary” features eight tracks, including the lead single “Secret Story of the Swan”.

ONE Championship and TUMI have announced a special challenge in "The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition" to design the ultimate luxury gaming bag.

Martial arts fans are very familiar with ONE Championship, which is Asia’s largest global sports media property. Some, however, might not be aware that the company is also a leader in esports through ONE Esports. Today, ONE Championship has announced that its existing commercial partnership with TUMI will include a special challenge in Season 1 of “The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition” to design and launch the ultimate luxury gaming bag.

Together with ONE Esports, TUMI’s global design team will challenge the show’s contestants. They will have to help design, market, and launch the ultimate luxury gaming bag in an episode of the series. The goal is to deliver the perfect companion for esports athletes.

“We are excited to partner with ONE Championship on ‘The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition.’ We look forward to seeing the innovative designs and out-of-the-box marketing launch plans the contestants come up with to elevate the journeys of gamers around the world,” said TUMI Creative Director Victor Sanz in a press statement.
