The good news is that Ayala Museum has released outfit codes and custom designs based on its textile collection. Ayala Museum unveiled the codes and designs in a Facebook post today.

Enjoy island life in Animal Crossing

Animal Crossing: New Horizons. launched on March 20, is Nintendo’s life simulation video game for the Nintendo Switch.

This is the fifth main series title in the Animal Crossing franchise, which has a loyal community of players all over the world.

In this latest edition, you’ve purchased a deserted island package from good ol’ Tom Nook. Now it’s time for you to explore your island home and develop it into a thriving community.

Bagobo Warrior Shirt

The great thing about Animal Crossing: New Horizons is that it allows you to create and share custom outfits for your characters and the villagers. That’s why Ayala Museum has released these outfit codes and designs to join in on the fun. It’s a great way to take advantage of the popularity of video games to educate people about Philippine textiles.

This Bagobo warrior shirt is called the tinangkulo. As Ayala Museum explained in its post, only elite warrior called the magani could wear the tinangkulo.

Ayala Museum said this Yakan skirt, called an inalaman, is usually worn with a long-sleeve, dark colored top. That’s why they included it in this design.
