Now is the best time to take a look at a wide range of new Lenovo laptops. At the Lenovo Summer Sale Tech and Music Festival, Lenovo Philippines introduced new IdeaPad and Yoga models. Not only that, but the vendor also launched several Chromebook devices.
“PCs have now become an essential tool, regardless of the user’s background or whether they’re utilized for work or recreation. Our new devices combine what customers look for in those areas to become the ultimate companion tools that provide the reliable performance, connectivity, and entertainment needed as we move forward in this period where technology has become indispensable in daily life,” said Lenovo Philippines President and General Manager Michael Ngan in a press statement.
Which IdeaPad are you?
The new Lenovo laptops are available in all Lenovo partner stores nationwide and online. In June, a Lenovo Yoga Flagship Store will be launched on Lazada. This will enable customers to directly access all the latest devices from the comfort of their home.
So, what are the new Lenovo laptops available in the Philippine market?
The IdeaPad Flex 5 starts at Php42,995. First announced at this year’s CES in Las Vegas, the IdeaPad Flex 5 is a handy laptop that combines portability and power with its 2-in-1 design.
It has either up to a 10th-generation Intel Core i7 processor or AMD Ryzen’s 8-Core 4000 Series processor. Digital artists are in for a treat with the Flex 5’s FHD 1920×1080 (14″ or 15.6″) IPS display, bundled with the Digital Pen for free, which can execute various art styles that can be done on its 10-point Multi-touch touchscreen display.
Meanwhile, the IdeaPad Slim 5 starts at Php49,995. It is ideal for modern professionals with its enterprise-level security and connectivity. It comes with a physical webcam shutter and also allows seamless collaboration with its several ports and SD card reader.
The IdeaPad Slim 5 is also notable for its USB-C Port that supports DisplayPort video output and Fast Charging via PowerDelivery. Powering all of this under the hood is the Slim 5’s up to a 10th-generation Intel Core i7 processor or AMD Ryzen’s Latest 8-Core 4000 Series processor.
Yoga S or Yoga C?
The Yoga S (Yoga S730, S740, and S940) and the convertible 2-in-1 Yoga C (Yoga C640, C740, and C940) series of laptops also come with upgrades bolstering their performance. With prices starting at Php54,995, the Yoga S730 can now have up to a 10th-generation i7 Intel processor.
Meanwhile, the Yoga S740 starts at Php66,995 and now comes with up to an i9 9th-generation Intel processor. Lastly, the powerhouse Yoga S940 got a boost in performance. Its new variant, available for Php119,995, now comes with an i7 10th-generation Intel processor.
The premium Yoga C640 line now includes a more affordable option. This is the 10th-generation Intel Core i5-powered variant, which is available for Php54,995. Lastly, the Yoga C940, which starts at Php89,995, can now have up to a 10th-generation i7 Intel processor.
The Chromebooks are coming
Lenovo has also launched several Chromebook devices. Three variants of the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 Chromebook (price starts at Php13,995) will come equipped with an Intel Celeron N4020 processor. Lenovo’s Flex and Slim Chromebooks will arrive as well. The Flex 3 Chromebook (available for Php20,995) will come with an Intel Celeron N4020 processor. Lastly, the upcoming Flex 5 Chromebook (price starts at Php31,995) will have up to a 10th-generation i5 Intel processor.
