“Filipino BLINKS, mahal ko kayo!” Thai rapper, singer, and dancer Lalisa Manoban a.k.a. Lisa of BLACKPINK charmed viewers as she answered questions from her Filipino fans on the premiere episode of Penshoppe TV.

Lisa, whom Filipino fashion brand Penshoppe named as one of its celebrity endorsers last year, also tried speaking some Filipino lines for fun and did some challenges. In fact, the teaser for this afternoon’s Penshoppe TV Facebook Live stream showed her saying, “Hey, bes! I have some chika!” and the famous Filipino line, “Sana all!”

Lisa on Penshoppe TV was a treat for her fans because the K-pop star is normally shy during BLACKPINK group interviews, preferring to let the other members do most of the talking.

The hour-long Lisa on Penshoppe TV FB Live stream saw her answering questions submitted by Filipino BLINKS via social media before the episode aired. Lisa also showed off some of her favorite pieces from her Penshoppe wardrobe, did fun challenges, and autographed 50 pieces of her signature bucket hat from Penshoppe that would be given away to lucky fans.

Asked if she wanted to adopt another cat apart from her four current ones Leo, Luca, Lily, and Louis, Lisa replied: “I’m not sure. But I’m good for now. Like my four cats, they’re the best.”

Lisa, however, added: “But I really, really like a yellow cat. I mean, like orange cat. And it looks so cute so I dunno, I’m just thinking. But might not adopt another cat. Not now.”

She also named the two places she would like to visit when she goes to the Philippines again.

“Chocolate Hills?” she said, referring to the Chocolate Hills in the Philippine province of Bohol. “It looks like chocolate. The color is kinda like [chocolate] — it’s not green.”

The Chocolate Hills, a famous tourist attraction in Bohol, is composed of more than 1,000 hills. They are covered in grass which turns brown during the dry season, which makes them look like giant Hershey’s Kisses.

Lisa said she would also like to go swimming with the whale sharks in Sorsogon.
